In 2010, INPO released SOER 10-2, in response to several events across the industry, notably at some of what were considered to be the best running plants. The document urged the industry to make sure that as well as being procedurally compliant, it was important to assure that everyone was engaged and thinking. We think the same approach is just as important in the industry classroom. Our approach guarantees your employees are not passive recipients but active participants.
